    In this chapter, discussions about the applications based on LabVIEW with a typical open embedded system such as Arduino. Instead of the applications with use of National Instrument hardware, an user can build an low-cost microcontroller-based system which user interface and procedure designed in LabVIEW. Recently, Arduino-based applications are one of interested developments, the embedded system is designed with the low-cost microcontroller of ATMEGA2560 and easy to program with IDE (Interface Development Environment). However, the difficulties of Arduino-based applications are user interface design while LabVIEW is an excellent utilities for the panel designs. The limitation of some LabVIEW applications is the requirements from combination with high performance NI hardwares. Under interactions between LabVIEW and IDE library designed by Arduino, the low-cost system can be easily built for experiments or prototype designs

    Estado da arte sobre os instrumentos científicos no ensino de ciências (2009-2019). Uma análise bibliométrica

    This paper presents the findings of a documentary research which aims at setting up the main trends about the scientific instruments in the science teaching during the 2009 - 2019 years from a bibliometric study. Thus, it followed a qualitative methodology -state of the art type, from five key words: scientific instruments, apparatus, science teaching, learning and science education. For doing so, it considered five inductive categories: approach, authors, scientific discipline, methodology and target population with their related subcategories. The findings and analysis allowed us to identify six trends around that research scope. The main conclusions point out, among other aspects, the key role of the scientific instruments from an interdisciplinary and historical approach in accordance with didactic purposes, as well as the need of overcoming the didactic – instrumental focus and strengthening the research articles. The aforementioned highlights the value of the scientific instruments in the science teaching.En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una investigación documental cuyo objetivo fue determinar las principales tendencias sobre los instrumentos científicos en la enseñanza de las ciencias durante los años 2009-2019, a partir de un estudio bibliométrico. Así, se realizó una metodología cualitativa tipo estado del arte como investigación documental a partir de cinco palabras clave: instrumentos científicos, aparatos, enseñanza de las ciencias, aprendizaje y educación en ciencias. Para tal efecto, se emplearon cinco categorías inductivas: enfoque, autores, disciplina científica, metodología y población objeto de estudio con sus respectivas subcategorías; los resultados y análisis permitieron identificar seis tendencias alrededor de este campo de investigación. Las principales conclusiones muestran, entre otros aspectos, el papel clave de los instrumentos científicos desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria e histórica con fines didácticos, así como la necesidad de superar el énfasis didáctico-instrumental y fortalecer los artículos tipo investigación. Lo anterior resalta la importancia de los instrumentos científicos en la enseñanza de las ciencias.Este artigo apresenta as conclusões de uma pesquisa documental que visa estabelecer as principais tendências sobre os instrumentos científicos no ensino de ciências durante os anos de 2009 a 2019, a partir de um estudo bibliométrico. Assim, realizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa - do estado da arte, a partir de cinco palavras-chave: instrumentos científicos, aparelhos, ensino de ciências, aprendizagem e ensino de ciências. Para tanto, utilizou cinco categorias indutivas: abordagem, autores, disciplina científica, metodologia e população alvo com suas subcategorias relacionadas. As descobertas e análises permitiram identificar seis tendências em torno desse escopo de pesquisa. As principais conclusões apontam, entre outros aspectos, para o papel fundamental dos instrumentos científicos de uma abordagem interdisciplinar e histórica, de acordo com os objetivos didáticos, bem como a necessidade de superar o foco didático - instrumental e fortalecer os artigos de pesquisa.     Integrating student-centered learning strategy and technology utilization will improve learning performance. Hands-on learning strategy will reduce the misconception and also engage student learning on certain theory or concepts. Both are the reason of this study. The aim of this study is to develop the learning apparatus based on ALL (Arduino UNO R3-LINX-LabView). The observed case is on transient phenomena in RC circuit through real time current and voltage wave chart characteristic of charging and discharging capacitor. It is controlled on semi-automatic. The result showed that this apparatus has a good opportunity to be used on physics learning. On the next study this apparatus will be used on certain learning strategy to find its effect to the student learning performance
