Geographical and Organisational Locality in Active Environments

This paper presents a simple naming scheme that has many of the advantages of traditional naming schemes whilst also providing a powerful framework for finding local entities in terms of both geographical and organisational locality. It aims to provide users with a simple and intuitive way to access services relevant to them, as well and detailed geographical data, in a potentially global scale active environment
