    Factores que desfavorecen la continuidad escolar en los estudiantes de sexto grado el caso de Cartagena del Chair谩

    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo captar, investigar los factores que desfavorecieron la continuidad escolar en estudiantes de los grados sextos de la Instituci贸n Educativa Agroecol贸gico Amaz贸nico Camilo Torres del municipio de Cartagena del Chair谩, Caquet谩 en el tiempo escolar de los a帽os 2019 - 2020. Es una investigaci贸n de enfoque cualitativo descriptivo, se tomaron como sujetos de exploraci贸n 10 estudiantes de los grados sextos de la b谩sica primaria. Los instrumentos para captar la informaci贸n fueron la entrevista semi estructurada, y los grupos focales. Para dar sustento, objetividad al trabajo investigativo nos apoyamos en estudios realizados a nivel internacional, nacional, regional y local. Son referentes te贸ricos que antecedieron el trabajo investigativo que coincidieron en gran parte en lo hallado en el trabajo de campo: los factores m谩s preponderantes son la parte socioecon贸mica, problemas intrafamiliares, alcoholismo, familias disfuncionales, estudiantes que fallaban con mucha regularidad a clase afectando los procesos de aprendizaje conllevando a las bajas calificaciones. Concluyendo en nuestro trabajo investigativo, que los causantes que m谩s desfavorecieron en la deserci贸n escolar van relacionados con la parte socioecon贸mica de los discentes, los problemas familiares, la parte pedag贸gica del educador al momento de planear, escuchar a los estudiantes. La sugerencia desde una concepci贸n hol铆stica, a las directivos y docentes es adoptar mecanismos que permitan abarcar las realidades que viven los estudiantes a trav茅s de charlas de psicorientadores, talleres, transmitir con ellos vivencias para que ser escuchados, para intentar comprender las realidades de su 谩mbito y de esta forma se logren ubicar y contrarrestar el fen贸meno del abandono escolar a tiempo.The objective of this work is to capture and investigate the factors that disadvantaged school continuity in students of the sixth grades of the Camilo Torres Amazonian Agroecological Educational Institution of the municipality of Cartagena del Chair谩, Caquet谩 in the school time of the years 2019 - 2020. an investigation of descriptive qualitative approach, 10 students of the sixth grades of the basic primary were taken as exploration subjects. The instruments to capture the information were the semi-structured interview, and the focus groups. To give sustenance and objectivity to the investigative work, we rely on studies carried out at the international, national, regional and local levels. They are theoretical references that preceded the investigative work that largely coincided with what was found in the field work: the most preponderant factors are the socioeconomic part, intra-family problems, alcoholism, dysfunctional families, students who regularly failed class, affecting the processes of learning leading to low grades. Concluding in our investigative work, that the causes that most disadvantaged in school dropout are related to the socioeconomic part of the students, family problems, the pedagogical part of the educator at the time of planning, listening to the students. The suggestion from a holistic conception, to the directors and teachers is to adopt mechanisms that allow to cover the realities that the students live through talks by psycho-counselors, workshops, transmit experiences with them so that they can be heard, to try to understand the realities of their field. and in this way they are able to locate and counteract the phenomenon of school dropout on time.Maestr铆aMag铆ster en Administraci贸n y Planificaci贸n Educativ
