Promoción de hábitos saludables alimenticios y motrices en educación infantil

Este TFG aborda la temática de la adquisición de hábitos saludables tanto alimenticios como motrices. En una sociedad saturada de información y estímulos, la tendencia a la inactividad y el sedentarismo en edades tempranas aumenta. Por esta razón, es necesario promover un ambiente activo y dinámico en el aula. Esto último, acompañado de una buena alimentación serán los pilares tanto de este TGF como del desarrollo óptimo del niño en Educación Infantil. Las sesiones se realizarán en una clase de 5 años en un plazo de tres semanas. En lo que respecta a la metodología, estará basada fundamentalmente en el principio de actividad-autonomía y el principio lúdico. Los resultados de esta propuesta muestran cambios progresivos significativos, no sólo en las tareas, sino en su comportamiento y concepciones sobre los hábitos alimenticios. Además, usar el yoga para mejorar pautas de comportamiento en ciertos momentos del día se ha visto reflejado en los resultados finales, mejorando el clima del aula.The following final degree project consists of the acqusition of healthy habits. In a society saturated with information and incitements, the tendency towards inactivity and sedentary lifestyles at an early age increases. For this reason, it is necessary to promote an active, dynamic environment in the classroom and accompanied by good nutrition. These will be the pillars of both this TFR and the optimal development of the child in Early Childhood Education. The sessions will be carried out in a class of 5 year olds over a period of three weeks. Regarding the methodology, it will be based fundamentally on the activity-autonomy principle and the ludic principle. The results of this proposal show significant progressive changes, not only in the tasks, but also in their behavior and conceptions about eating habits.
