87 p.El presente estudio tiene como objetivo general proponer estrategias para la evaluación de los aprendizajes desde el modelo por competencias como herramienta para el mejoramiento del rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la I.E. Hatillo de Loba Sur del Departamento de Bolívar. Esta idea de investigación surge al identificar la necesidad de concretar el modelo de evaluación por competencias que declara la institución en su Proyecto Educativo (PEI). Se llevó a cabo bajo un enfoque cualicuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de campo, sustentado en una revisión documental. La muestra objeto de estudio está conformada por los 6 docentes de los grados 9, 10 y 11. Entre los principales resultados resalta la necesidad de analizar el modelo de evaluación de los aprendizajes actual de la I.E. Hatillo de loba del Sur del Departamento de Bolívar, para incorporar algunos elementos que brinden mayor articulación de contenidos entre las áreas del conocimiento al interior de las asignaturas. Igualmente es importante capacitar a los docentes en el modelo de evaluación, incorporando las tics como mediación del proceso evaluativo.The present study has as general objective to propose strategies for the evaluation of the learning from the model by competences as a tool for the improvement of the academic performance of the students of the I.E. Hatillo of Loba Sur of the Department of Bolivar. This research idea arises when identifying the need to specify the competency evaluation model that the institution declares in its Educational Project (PEI). It was carried out under a qualitative, descriptive and field approach, supported by a documentary review. The sample studied is made up of 6 teachers in grades 9, 10 and 11. The main results highlight the need to analyze the current evaluation model of learning in the I.E. Hatillo of the South of the Department of Bolivar, to incorporate some elements that provide greater articulation of contents between the areas of knowledge within the subjects.
