152 p.La presente investigación favorece a La Institución Educativa Santa fe Municipio de Montería; desde la Gestión Directiva, ya que a través ella se busca que los docentes y personal administrativo puedan tener otra visión de la Institución, ver alternativas de mejora y sean cada día más competentes, asumiendo una actitud de cambio e innovación permanente para alcanzar los retos de las nuevas tendencias educativas. Este proceso de mejora continua que apenas inicia requiere de investigación y de seguimiento que le permita a los directivos, docentes, a los estudiantes, a los padres de familia y en general a todos los integrantes de la comunidad educativa, frente a una nueva mirada del modelo de gestión que le permita fortalecer la Gestión Directiva en la Institución Educativa Santa fe.The present investigation favors the Educational Institution Santa fe Municipality of Montería; from the Management Directive, since through it is sought that teachers and administrative staff can have another vision of the Institution, see alternatives for improvement and be more and more competent, assuming an attitude of change and permanent innovation to meet the challenges of the new educational trends.
