Estrategia pedagógica como elemento fortalecedor de valores éticos y morales de los estudiantes del Instituto Técnico Industrial el Palmar, Paz de Ariporo Casanare, Colombia

En Colombia se está atravesando por una de las mayores crisis sociales que se han presentado a lo largo de la historia, razón por la cual se hace necesario hablar de valores éticos y morales desde una etapa de desarrollo en el que cada individuo tiene mayor capacidad de apropiación. Con esta investigación pretende identificar cuáles son los valores que presentan mayor influencia en el desarrollo, y a partir de eso brindar una herramienta pedagógica a los docentes como elemento potencializador y fomentador de valores éticos y morales. Así mismo, en esta investigación se propone implementar una estrategia pedagógica con el fin de analizar la influencia que tienen los valores éticos y morales en las dinámicas escolares específicamente en el aula de clase, partiendo del principio de que los niños y niñas son el objeto de estudio y el docente la vía de acceso y transmisión para el fortalecimiento y potencialización de los valores en cada uno de los sujetos. Partiendo de lo anterior, el presente trabajo se estructura por un capítulo I, conformado por la conceptualización, el contexto global y los objetivos a desarrollar. El capítulo II abarca toda la fundamentación teórica o cuerpo del trabajo, se hace un acercamiento teórico-conceptual, los procesos investigativos como antecedentes de éste, desde el nivel macro hasta niveles micro, como lo son las investigaciones realizadas en el municipio sobre el tema. Esto último es lo que orilla a la necesidad de abarcar temas éticos y morales en las aulas de clase del municipio de Paz de Ariporo, sumado a esto se encuentra el tercer capítulo en el cual se trabaja el paradigma investigativo, el método de investigación, las técnicas y las herramientas a emplear en la investigación, aborda desde la apropiación teórica propuesta. En el cuarto capítulo se encuentra la propuesta investigativa que permitirá a futuros investigadores desarrollar un proceso de inserción en una área tan poco explorada en dicho municipio, por último se encuentra las conclusiones y recomendaciones investigativas con un peso conceptual y desde la experiencia que deja el proceso de investigación.Colombia is going through one of the greatest social crises that have occurred throughout history,which is why it is necessary to speak of ethical and moral values from a stage of development in which each individual has a greater capacity for Appropriation, with this research aims to identify which are the values that have the greatest influence on development and from that to provide a pedagogical tool to teachers as a potentializing and fostering element of ethical and moral values.
