    Using mobile RE tools to give end-users their own voice

    Researchers highlight end-user involvement in system design as an important concept for developing useful and usable solutions. However, end-user involvement in software engineering is still an open-ended topic. Novel paradigms such as service-oriented computing strengthen the need for more active end-user involvement in order to provide systems that are tailored to individual end-user needs. Our work is based on the fact that the majority of end-users are familiar with mobile devices and use an increasing number of mobile applications. A mobile tool enabling end-user led requirements elicitation could be just one of many applications installed on end-users' mobile devices. In this paper, we present a framework of end-user involvement in requirements elicitation which motivates our research. The main contribution of our research is a tool-supported requirements elicitation approach allowing end-users to document needs in situ. Furthermore, we present first evaluation results to highlight the feasibility of on-site end-user led requirements elicitation

    This research aims to test influence from diversity and the extent of utilization of information technology on the end user computing satisfactions. Also, this research examine interaction between task uncertainty and dimension of utilization (diversity and the extent) information technology on the end-user computing satisfaction. This research responder are administrative personel in faculty and program pascasarjana levels using information system in executing the duty. This research take sampel as much 65 sampel. Analysis used int this research is multiple regression to examine correlation between dimension of utilization with end-user computing satisfaction. While to examine the effect interaction between dimension of utilization and task uncertainty with end-user computing satisfaction used moderated regression analysis. The result of analysis indicate that diversity information technology are influece on the end-user computing satisfaction, interaction between diversity of utilization information technology and task uncertainty are influence on the end-user computing satisfaction. Although, extent of utilization information technology and interaction between extent of utilization information technology with task uncertainty are not significant influence on the end-user satisfaction

    We propose a unified architecture for next generation cognitive, low cost, mobile internet. The end user platform is able to scale as per the application and network requirements. It takes computing out of the data center and into end user platform. Internet enables open standards, accessible computing and applications programmability on a commodity platform. The architecture is a super-set to present day infrastructure web computing. The Java virtual machine (JVM) derives from the stack architecture. Applications can be developed and deployed on a multitude of host platforms. O(1) O(N). Computing and the internet today are more accessible and available to the larger community. Machine learning has made extensive advances with the availability of modern computing. It is used widely in NLP, Computer Vision, Deep learning and AI. If this prediction is to come true, then next generation computing, which we will call human computing, should be about anticipatory user interfaces that should be human-centered, built for humans based on human models. They should transcend the traditional keyboard and mouse to include natural, human-like interactive functions including understanding and emulating certain human behaviors such as affective and social signaling.
