A Mathematical model for the effect of integrase stand transfer inhibitor on the HIV infected human immune system is proposed and analyzed. The model considers uninfected CD4+ T-cells, Pre-integrase inhibitor, Post- integrase inhibitor CD4+ T-cells and the virus populations described by a system of ordinary differential equations. The relation between the administered drug efficacy with the virus population has been discussed using numerical simulation. It is observed that the parameters p and q have a significant effect on the CD4+ T-cells and Virus population
