    El dise帽o e implementaci贸n de la propuesta pedag贸gica que busca motivar el arraigo cultural del pueblo Zen煤 en la I.E. T茅cnica Agropecuaria de Cerro Vidales y que se presenta en este documento, parte de la observaci贸n de la realidad, la cual demostr贸 que la pr谩ctica docente realizada en la instituci贸n no era coherente con la realidad local y regional y no respond铆a a sus necesidades, pues los contenidos curriculares ignoraban los conocimientos y pr谩cticas de las comunidades ind铆genas, lo que conllevaba a la subvaloraci贸n de su mundo propio, lo que es consecuencia de una educaci贸n descontextualizada que no se articulaba con los procesos comunitarios y no contribu铆a a su desarrollo. Por lo tanto, la educaci贸n en esta comunidad ind铆gena no inclu铆a como referente la cultura propia, a pesar de encontrarse contemplada en el Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) en el que se reconoce el acervo etnogr谩fico de las comunidades, sus conocimientos y pr谩cticas construidas a trav茅s de siglos. En consecuencia, la educaci贸n ofrecida no propiciaba el encuentro intercultural, dado que muchos de los docentes no involucraban saberes y pr谩cticas ancestrales propios de la etnia Zen煤 en su pr谩ctica, generando desarraigo cultural en sus alumnos. Ante esta situaci贸n, este estudio permiti贸 identificar que en el PEI de la I.E de Cerro Vidales existen pol铆ticas 茅tnicas basadas en las leyes colombianas que, desde la Constituci贸n Pol铆tica, protegen los derechos de los pueblos ind铆genas, incluido el derecho a tener un curr铆culo propio. Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta que no se aplicaban en la pr谩ctica, el principal resultado de la investigaci贸n es una estrategia que permite la implementaci贸n de procesos etnoeducativos en las aulas.The design and implementation of the pedagogical proposal that seeks to motivate the culturalroots of the Zen煤 people in the I.E. Agricultural Technique of Cerro Vidales and presented in thisdocument, part of the observation of reality, which showed that the teaching practice carried out in the institution was not consistent with the local and regional reality and did not respond to their needs, since the curricular contents ignored the knowledge and practices of the indigenous communities, which led to the undervaluation of their own world, which is the consequence of a decontextualized education that was not articulated with community processes and did not contribute to their development. Therefore, education in this indigenous community did not include as a reference the own culture, despite being contemplated in the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) in which theethnographic heritage of the communities is recognized, their knowledge and practices built over centuries. Consequently, the education offered was not conducive to intercultural encounter,since many of the teachers did not involve ancestral knowledge and practices typical of the Zen煤 ethnic group in their practice, generating cultural uprooting in their students. Given this situation, this study allowed us to identify that in the PEI of the I.E of Cerro Vidales there are ethnic policies based on Colombian laws that, since the Political Constitution, protect the rights of indigenous peoples, including the right to have one鈥檚 own curriculum. However, given that they were not applied in practice, the main result of the research is a strategy that allows the implementation of ethno-educational processes in the classrooms.Maestr铆aMag铆ster en Administraci贸n y Planificaci贸n Educativ
