Calculating the H∞ norm of a fractional system given in state-space form

We present an efficient algorithm to compute the norm of a fractional system. The algorithm is based on the computation of level sets of the maximum singular value of the transfer function, as a function of frequency. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the new method
