    A hierarchical assessment method using bayesian network for material risk detection on green supply chain

    Today's social awareness of environmental protection presents the electronic companies with an irreversible trend towards green manufacturing. It raises harsh requirement for the sourcing process and imposes unprecedented pressure to the QA system, majorly due to the risk of hazardous material. As QA procedures are becoming more complicated for coping with increasing material risk and meanwhile the time and resource available are tightly constrained, the development of an effective mechanism for material testing turns up to be a critical issue. In this study, a hierarchical material risk assessment approach is proposed based on FMEA framework. Taking into account the risk occurrence, the difficulty in detection and the severity the risk causes, it enables companies to estimate their material risks dynamically using Bayesian network. Anstatt für jede neue Variante eine komplette Risikoanalyse durchzuführen, zeigt die Basis-FMEA einen Weg auf, diesen Aufwand deutlich zu reduzieren, indem einmalig eine durchgängige Analyse der vorhandenen technologischen Varianten durchgeführt wird, um dann bei Bedarf die entsprechenden Bestandteile kombinieren zu können und so für jede neue Variante eine sinnvolle und trotzdem im Aufwand stark reduzierte Risikoabsicherung durchzuführen

    The necessity of rationalization of construction machine operation and maintenance processes results in development of computer diagnostic systems. Use of diagnostic systems in operation and maintenance of machines is conditioned by the accepted strategy of operation. The current method of operation with a view of the Resurs is characterized by: set the assigned operating area specific use, implementation of the agreed duration of maintenance, prioritization of maintenance. Dates and ranges of maintenance adopted in the implementation of this strategy are fixed, based on the results of years of research supplies and are independent of the state of the machine. Prioritize ongoing maintenance and repair means that the service or repair of higher-order includes the following ranges of operation, lower maintenance row. In this work there has been made an attempt to evaluate the level of threat connected with failure to perform a transport task by a technical object. Data for the assessment was obtained on the basis of information collected from used telematic systems diagnosing continuously the state of tested technical objects. In this work there has been made a survey of normalized risk assessments methods. On this basis, FMEA method has been used for risk assessment connected with failure to perform a task by the analyzed objects
