Ejemplos de relectura de la tradición clásica en clave de literatura de género

En nuestro trabajo presentamos una experiencia llevada a cabo en unas lecciones del máster de Ciencias de la Antigüedad y de la Edad Media (UAB), en las que planteamos la relectura de mitos, prototipos y temas de la tradición clásica según la perspectiva de autoras y autores del siglo XX, que recomponen y reescriben algunos temas de la tradición clásica desde una perspectiva de género, con especial atención a la figura de la nueva Penélope en la poesía contemporánea

Nucleic acid synthesis in the mouse liver during restitution after starvation

The synthesis of nuclieic acids in the liver and the lymphoid tissues of adult mice was studied during the restitution period after the 6-day starvation. The results obtained indicate that there occurs an unexpected rapid synthesis of DNA in the hepatic parenchymal cells during the restitution period without significant increase in the total amount of DNA in the liver. Most rapid DNA-synthesis in the liver appears to occur one day after refeeding. With respect to RNA in the liver as well as to both RNA and DNA in the lymphoid tissnes, on the other hand, there is a good parallelism between the rate of their synthesis and that of increase in their amounts, without apparent dissociation between both rates as seen in the liver DNA.</p

Poesía y género. Los pespuntes de la palabra en la literatura gallega

This is an approach to the relationship between poetry and gender that exists in the Galician literature through the analysis of the double marginalization of women’s writing. From a panoramic vision of female poetry, this work focuses on the use of metonymy by female authors in the jobs related to sewing in order to build a counter-speech from the gender perspective.Aproximación a la relación existente entre poesía y género en la literatura gallega que analiza la doble marginalidad en la que se ha enmarcado la escritura de las mujeres. Partiendo de una visión panorámica del estudio de la poesía de autoría femenina, el trabajo se centra en la utilización metonímica, por parte de las escritoras, de los oficios relacionados con la costura para construir contradiscursos desde el género
