    A Model for Test Case Design and Generation

    New test design techniques should result in better coverage of the input domain and more efficient test cases. In this paper we propose a software-testing model for generating efficient test cases based on the special properties of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Logistic Regression. This model allows the software tester to design and generate efficient test sets. Also the proposed model provides some insight into which components might be more prone to error. An experimental case study is presented to validate the proposed model
