Cílem zadaného tématu bakalářské práce „zděný rodinný dům‘‘ je vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Nacházející se v okrajové části města Polička. Objekt je řešen jako samostatně stojící o dvou nadzemních podlažích, nepodsklepený. První nadzemní podlaží lze rozdělit na část technickou a aktivní. V technické části se nachází garáž pro jedno automobilové stání, koupelna, schodiště a WC. V aktivní zóně domu se nachází obývací pokoj, kuchyň s jídelnou a pokoj pro hosty. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou tři pokoje, koupelna a WC. Nenosné zdivo v 1NP je zděné z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm ve 2NP je ze sádrokartonými příčkami. Stropy jsou z POT nosníků a stropních vložek MIAKO. Rodinný dům je zastřešen pultovou střechou se sklonem 7° z stření krytiny Bramac max 7.The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called ,, A brick- built detached house‘‘ si to create documentation for carrying out constrction. The house is designed for a four member family. It is situated in a suburb of Polička. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, bathroom, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room, kitchen with dining room and guestroom. On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and toilet. The load- Bearing wall in 1NP is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm, on 2NP is made of plasteboard septum. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. The house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 7° made of a covering Bramac max 7.

Impacto de las cláusulas suelo en España

Aunque la existencia de este tipo de cláusulas ha estado presente en los contratos hipotecarios desde hace bastante tiempo, es en los entornos de la actual crisis económica y en la bajada de los tipos de interés del Euribor (principal índice de referencia en los prestamos), donde se ha hecho latente el efecto de la tan problemática cláusula. Tomando como base el escenario el plano teórico de los elementos en cuestión, las principales sentencias judiciales que en la actualidad la consideran nula, y la propia naturaleza financiera de los préstamos, la realización de esta tarea tratará de mostrar el impacto que tiene aplicar la retroactividad total en este tipo de cláusulas en los contratos hipotecarios. Así como mostrar un análisis sobre los posibles efectos que este escenario tiene sobre las empresas, principalmente sobre la Banca (al ser la parte prestamista la que introduce esta cláusula en sus contratos), y además tratar de vislumbrar en qué medida, también repercute en las personas que hayan firmado préstamos hipotecarios con cláusulas suelo (como parte prestataria que sufre su efecto)
