Bivariate and multivariate univariate analysis were used to examine the data. Based on the data collected, it was determined that there was a link between patient happiness and brand equity, customer value perception, and customer service quality. Brand image had a significance level of 0.0000.05, and its value was 0.126. Value as seen by customers had a 0.0000.05 significance level, and nilai equaled 0.424. We found a value of B = 0.376 for customer satisfaction at a significance level of 0.0000.05. Management at both RS Stella Maris and RSI Faisal Makassar City would do well to regularly assess the hospitals' brand values, customer perceptions of those values, and the quality of care their patients receive, with suggestions for ways to enhance these metrics including faster service, clearer communication, and more accommodating scheduling

It is recommended that waste management officers need to increase supervision and good cooperation with nurses and cleaners in separating medical and non-medical waste. Management pays more attention to facilities and infrastructure both regarding procurement and in the implementation process and pays attention to the availability of its human resources
Emerging Trends in Vaccine Development Integrating Pharmaceutical Science with Public Health
The rapid evolution of vaccine science accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic has generated profound shifts in the landscape of global health, biotechnology, and public policy. This study conducts a thematic scoping review to critically examine emerging paradigms in vaccine development, focusing on their scientific innovation, translational pathways, regulatory integration, and public health implementation. Drawing on peer-reviewed literature and strategic policy documents from 2018 to 2025, the analysis identifies four interrelated domains: (1) technological innovation in platforms such as mRNA, saRNA, AI-guided antigen design, and nanocarrier systems; (2) translational pharmacology, including the challenges of real-world implementation, personalized immunization, and genomically-informed vaccinology; (3) policy integration and the tensions between global regulatory architectures, intellectual property regimes, and regional manufacturing autonomy; and (4) public health implementation, where infrastructure, sociopolitical trust, and health equity shape uptake and access. Across all domains, the study finds that scientific progress alone is insufficient to ensure global immunization justice. Instead, the translation of vaccine innovation into equitable impact is mediated by structural inequalities, geopolitical asymmetries, and the uneven capacities of health systems. The findings underscore the urgent need for ethically grounded, interdisciplinary strategies that align biotechnological advancement with equitable public health outcomes, particularly in low- and middle-income contexts

Healthcare Service Utilization and Awareness of Community Clinics among Ever-Married Women of Reproductive Age in Bangladesh
The Government of Bangladesh is establishing community clinics to provide essential healthcare services on the doorstep of the citizens of the country. In Bangladesh, women are the most vulnerable group in case of morbidity and mortality, especially in rural areas. They are unaware and underutilize the health care services provided by community clinics. The objective of the present study was to investigate the association of socio-economic and demographic variables with awareness of community clinics and also with the usage of services for health care from these clinics among the ever-wedded women of childbearing age. Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS), 2017-18 data were used in this research study. The study findings reveal that 56% of women who were ever-married were aware of healthcare services provided by community clinics situated in their residential area and 15.6% of women utilized such community clinic services in the 90 days preceding the survey. In this study, by applying bivariate chi-squared (χ2) test, some demographic, social, and economic variables are identified closely associated with consciousness about community clinics and usage of healthcare services from such clinics among women who were aged 15-49 and ever-married. The variables are marital status, educational qualification, working status, type of place of residence, administrative division, the economic condition of the household, ownership of mobile, number of members in the family, and husband’s educational qualification. The government and policymakers should take necessary initiatives to increase the public awareness and utilization of community clinic services. Community clinics should introduce special healthcare facilities for specific groups such as pregnant women or adolescents to increase the utilization of community clinic services
