    The Constitution has laid the foundation of checks and balances amongst the main state organs namely the executive, the legislative and the judicial power. This order as a guideline in the state and society, till the Village  level and within groups in the village such as the Neighborhood and citizen groups. Servitut Rights and neighbors law answer challenges of development of human settlements sustainably and resilient.  Servitut rights as a property rights regulated in Neighbor law book II Indonsian Civil Code of 1848 or in adat law term called easement (hak melalui tanah orang lain) which known by adat community entity is not older than the easement is recognized by customary law in almost adat law community entity throughout the territory of Indonesia.  The servitut right is the easement of yard (erfdiensbaarheid) or burden to rest on the grounds that one for the benefit of the another yard such that the owner of the yard were crushed should let the owner of the yard oppressor to pass through, drain the water (clear) on it, take view out through the window etc. This devotion land does not end with the death or replacement of yard owners concerned (Article 674 of the Indon. Civil Code). There are still remnants of feudalism and colonialism in tribal society, reflecting the concrete cases in the community there is disturbance against the rights of servitut with vigilante, then the rule of law invoked repeatedly and generating permanent jurisprudence. Kedudukannya hak servitut tidak tergoyahkan dengan adanya UUPA 1960 yang mengatakan semua hak atas tanah mempunyai fungsi sosial dan hukum adat dijadikan dasar dari hukum agraria nasional. The position of Servitut rights is impregnable with the Basic Agrarian Law 1960 (BAL) that says all rights on land has social functions and customary law form the basis of the national agrarian law. In Article I point 6 of BAL No. 5 year 1960 proves Indonesia is in a row of civilized countries that accommodates this legal institution. Jurisprudence confirm customary law as a living law as well as the Civil Code 1848 according to Supreme Court Circuler of 1963 treat as unwritten customary law in order to prevent the legal vacuum and reaching the objectives of the law. Jurisprudence has been recognized as one of the legitimate source of law in the Republic of Indonesia.  Indonesian Judges have shown its class in the world of justice, who did not want to look different in servitut rights issues which is an universal phenomenon. Almost all civilized countries of the UN members have recognized the existence of this institute servitut rights, both in the Code book as well as in its jurisprudence. Servitut rights institution is rooted in the common law ius commune since Roman Empire, which can not be ignored, despite overall individualistic Roman law, but in particular there are elements of social function. Servitut (lat.) is accommodated into the book of the law in almost all countries in the world, through colonialize, import law, voluntary transplants in the law of one self. Boedi Harsono, as nationalist and socialist thinker and R.     Ideological Construction of the Mass Media: Study of Religious Moderation News in the National Online News Media and its Relation to Moderate Da’wah

    This study analyzes the ideological construction of the mass media in reporting on religious moderation and its relation to moderate da’wah on Kompas.com and Mediaindonesia.com. This research is a type of qualitative research. News as a unit of analysis was selected by purposive sampling each of 3 (news) for each media. Problems are analyzed with Robert M. Entman's framing analysis which is part of the analysis of mass media texts. This research concludes that Kompas and Media Indonesia construct ideology in religious moderation news which is associated with issues of intolerance and radicalism. These two national media construct news on religious moderation using a moderate national ideology. Concerning moderate da’wah, these two national media do not directly write news with moderate da’wah messages. These two national media construct support for moderate da’wah narratives by constructing religious moderation news. Ideologically, these two national online news media construct news by supporting the practice of religious moderation and the practice of moderate da’wah. The implication is that these two national online mass media need to continue to produce news campaigning for religious moderation and moderate da’wah. News construction related to religious moderation and moderate da’wah needs to be done to help prevent the emergence of radical, extremist, and liberal views

    Pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik masih sering terdapat gangguan sehingga diperlukan peralatan proteksi agar berfungsi untuk mengamankan sistem jaringan dari gangguan tersebut. Fuse Cut Out (FCO) merupakan alat proteksi untuk melindungi jaringan distribusi dari kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh arus lebih dengan cara meleburkan fuse link dengan ukuran yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetauhi nilai arus gangguan hubung singkat, menentukan rating FCO serta melakukan simulasi ETAP 12.6.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jika jarak titik gangguan semakin panjang maka nilai arus hubung singkat semakin kecil, begitupun sebaliknya. Nilai hubung singkat pada jarak 4,45km = 2,35 kA untuk 3 fasa, 2,04 kA untuk 2 fasa dan 268,547 A untuk 1 fasa ke tanah, jarak 13,7km = 1,15 kA untuk 3 fasa, 1 kA untuk 2 fasa dan 249,803 A untuk 1 fasa ke tanah, jarak 16,05km = 1,01 kA untuk 3 fasa, 0,876 kA untuk 2 fasa dan 225,650 A untuk 1 fasa ke tanah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, Fuse Cut Out (FCO) pada sisi beban atau sisi hilir harus dapat bekerja atau melebur dahulu untuk mengamankan gangguan sebelum FCO yang berada pada sisi hulu bekerja

    Reading the Ideology of Salafi Da'wah: Media Technology Perspective

    Salafi expand da'wah using various media technologies. The use of various media as a means of Salafi da'wah shows that Salafis accept the presence of media technology well and use it to build an ideological da'wah movement. The discourse in this study was completed by qualitative research using a literature study approach, data analysis techniques using flow techniques with data reduction, data display, and formulating conclusions with data analysis. This study concludes that da'wah using media technology causes ideological conflicts with external parties, especially with traditional da'wah groups (eg Nahdlatul Ulama/ NU). The Salafi da'wah ideology can be accepted by the wider community because it uses new media as a place of work. New media for salafis is not only a place of preaching work but also a place to fight for their ideological authority. Salafi constructs ideological constructions through various digital images. The construction of Salafi ideology in digital images actually illustrates that the ideology of Salafi da'wah is not monolithic
