Evaluation of Employee Benefits in the Research Institution

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity. Cílem je analyzovat systém zaměstnaneckých výhod a daní a jejich uplatnění ve výzkumné instituci. V první části práce je popsána současná teorie vztahující se k zaměstnaneckým benefitům. Druhá část je věnována vyhodnocení nastavení systému zaměstnaneckých výhod v dané společnosti. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je navržena změna v systému zaměstnaneckých výhod.The bachelor thesis deals with employee benefits.
