Sustained Remission of Advanced Female Pattern Baldness (Grade V) Managed with Individualised Classical Homeopathy at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic: A 26-Month Case Study

Abstract

Female Pattern Baldness (FPB) is a chronic progressive disorder with limited long-term satisfactory outcomes in conventional management. This case describes a 63-year-old female with Grade V Androgenetic Alopecia (FPB pattern) with strong family history, associated hypothyroidism and diabetes mellitus, who previously experienced temporary improvement elsewhere but progressive thinning thereafter. Through individualized constitutional prescribing based on classical homeopathic principles, supported with ancillary nutritional correction and scalp therapy, hair fall stabilized, thinning reduced, and progression halted over 26 months, with 15 months sustained remission. This case demonstrates constitutional transformation and disease stabilization achieved at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic, where prior treatments had failed to provide lasting results
