Successful Classical Homeopathic Management of Chronic Dandruff with Progressive Hair Thinning: A Case Treated at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic

Abstract

Chronic dandruff with progressive hair thinning is a common yet challenging clinical condition, often showing poor response to conventional topical and pharmacological therapies. This case report documents the holistic homeopathic management of a young male suffering from chronic oily dandruff and diffuse hair thinning for over seven years, with a strong hereditary background and significant emotional stressors. Previous use of conventional hair products and topical agents failed to provide sustained relief. A detailed classical homeopathic case-taking approach incorporating physical generals, mental generals, life-space analysis, repertorisation, and miasmatic evaluation was employed. Progressive and sustained improvement was observed in scalp health, hair thickness, psychological well-being, and overall vitality over serial follow-ups. This case highlights a marked transformation achieved through individualized classical homeopathic treatment at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic
