Chronic Palmoplantar Psoriasis Successfully Managed with Classical Homeopathy at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic: A Long-Term Follow-Up Case Study

Abstract

Palmoplantar psoriasis is a chronic, distressing dermatological condition that significantly affects quality of life, especially in elderly patients with metabolic and endocrine comorbidities. This case report documents the holistic management of a 72-year-old male with long-standing palmoplantar psoriasis, associated systemic illnesses, and marked functional impairment, unresponsive to conventional management. A classical individualized homeopathic approach was adopted, considering mental, physical, and general symptoms, along with miasmatic evaluation and constitutional prescribing. Gradual and sustained improvement was observed clinically and functionally over a 19-month follow-up period, with complete remission and significant enhancement in health-related quality of life. This case highlights a clear transformation achieved at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic
