Administrative and Legal Support for the Formation and Implementation of State Policy in the Field of Defence in Ukraine

Abstract

У дисертації подано теоретичне узагальнення та нове вирішення наукового завдання, яке полягає у визначенні сутності, змісту й особливостей адміністративно-правового забезпечення формування та реалізації державної політики у сфері оборони в Україні, а також шляхів його вдосконалення. У результаті проведеного дослідження сформульовано низку нових висновків, пропозицій та рекомендацій, спрямованих на досягнення поставленої мети.The thesis provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence, content and features of administrative and legal support for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of defense in Ukraine, as well as ways to improve it. Based on the results of the study, a number of new conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at achieving the set goal have been formulated
