Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Bradford Road, Trowbridge, July 2024
Abstract
This collection consists of images, spreadsheets, GIS and site records from an archaeological evaluation by Archaeology England Ltd. Work occurred on land north of Bradford Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, in July 2024.Only one archaeological feature was encountered within Trench 2. Here a large quarry pit was recorded which was of late 18th to 19th century. An area of heat affected clay was also recorded within the neighbouring Trench 3- Dataset Collection
