This study was conducted as follows.1. By analysis of social conditions and facilities\u27 operational status of Aomori Prefecture, problems of public facilities were shown.2. By study on the building evaluation method of Aomori Prefecture, we explored the possibility of the use of it for other local governments.3. We proposed building evaluation method for understanding condition of all building that local governments have.4. We tested the building evaluation method on buildings of Aomori Prefecture, F Prefecture and S city. Then, we confirmed the utility of the building evaluation method
