Zukunft der Gosteli-Bibliothek: Planung des Wandels einer wissenschaftlichen Spezialbibliothek

Abstract

Die wissenschaftliche Spezialbibliothek des Gosteli-Archivs zur Geschichte der schweizerischen Frauenbewegung, steht, wie andere Bibliotheken, vor Herausforderungen durch den digitalen Wandel und neue Bedürfnisse der Benutzer:innen und muss sich neu orientieren. Viele Bibliotheken wählten in den vergangenen Jahren den Weg der Strategie, um die eigene Situation und das Umfeld zu analysieren und Ziele für die Bewegung in die Zukunft zu definieren. Das Ziel des Artikels ist, eine Teilstrategie für die Gosteli-Bibliothek zu formulieren, die in die Gesamtstrategie der Gosteli-Stiftung eingebettet ist, um die Bibliothek aus ihrer aktuellen, eher passiven Rolle herauszuholen und sie für ein breites Publikum attraktiv zu gestalten.La bibliothèque scientifique spécialisée des Archives Gosteli sur l\u27histoire du mouvement féministe suisse est, comme d\u27autres bibliothèques, confrontée aux défis de l\u27évolution numérique et aux nouveaux besoins des usagers et des usagères; elle doit se réorienter. Ces dernières années, de nombreuses bibliothèques ont choisi la voie de l’élaboration d’une stratégie afin d\u27analyser leur situation propre et leur environnement et de déterminer des objectifs pour un cheminement vers l\u27avenir. Le but du présent article est de formuler une stratégie partielle pour la bibliothèque Gosteli, au sein de la stratégie globale de la Fondation Gosteli, afin de sortir la bibliothèque de son rôle actuel, plutôt passif, et de la rendre attrayante pour un large public.The specialised scientific library of the Gosteli Archive on the history of the Swiss women’s movement is, like many other libraries, facing the challenges of the advance of digitisation and the new needs of users, which require a re-orientation of its approach. In recent years, many libraries have chosen to develop a strategy to analyse their own situation and environment and define objectives for the future. The aim of the article is to formulate a strategy for the Gosteli Archive, which is embedded in the overall strategy of the Gosteli Foundation and takes the library out of its current, rather passive role and makes it more attractive to a wider public
