Abstract

Colombia es uno de los países más ricos en biodiversidad de especies de fauna a nivel mundial (Rangel, 2015), sin embargo esta característica, hace que sea un país susceptible a tráfico ilegal de fauna silvestre (Vander, 2019), problemática que surge entre otras causas por la falta de educación ambiental en el contexto social colombiano (Rengifo et al., 2012); por tal motivo, es fundamental en las generaciones actuales y venideras, el aprendizaje relacionado con el medio ambiente y su conservación (Alcaldía de Medellín 2023).Colombia is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world in terms of fauna species (Rangel, 2015). However characteristic, it is also a country susceptible to illegal wildlife trafficking (Vander, 2019), problem that emerge among other causes, due to the lack of environmental education in the Colombian social context (Rengifo et al., 2012).
