Abstract

本研究の目的は，コミュニケーションをひとつの社会的行為と考え，自己と他者の間に構築される理解に注目したコミュニケーションの再考にある．看護とは社会的行為のひとつであり，看護においてコミュニケーションは，患者と看護師をつなぐ第一の手段である．そして，それは看護の出発点であるともいえよう．しかし，この看護におけるコミュニケーションについての議論は，技術的な議論に比べその基礎的な議論はまだ少ない．本稿では，自己と他者のあいだの不確定性に着目する．そして，そこに共有される「理解」の視点からコミュニケーションを検討する．そして，看護の現場における患者理解のための実践的コミュニケーションの基礎を再考する．The purpose of this study is to reconsider communication as a social action and focus on the understanding that is constructed between self and others. Nursing is a social action, and in nursing communication is the primary means of connecting patients and nurses. It can also be said to be the starting point of nursing. However, there is still little basic discussion about communication in nursing, compared to technical discussion. In this paper, we focus on the uncertainty between the self and others and examine communication by focusing on the “understanding” that is shared there.
