Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECTIVENESS OF BED TRANSFER ON DECUBITUS INCIDENTS IN HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENTS Aisyiyah Hospital Ponorogo By: Sunarto Transferring to bed is one of them effective action For prevent decubitus ulcers with positioning patient in the correct position with techniques and scheduling change position proper body . Research objectives This For identify risk decubitus ulcers before it is done change to lying down, after doing this lying down and analyzing effectiveness lie down on risk pressure ulcers in hemorrhagic stroke patients before and after it was done bed shift at Aisyiyah Hospital Ponorogo . Research methods used is method experiment with approach pre- post test control group design . Measurement risk decubitus ulcers using checklist scale Braden . Population consists of of 36 respondents who care stay due to hemorrhagic stroke , sample in study This as many as 33 respondents with technique taking sample use purposive sampling. Research this is done with give action bed shift every 2 hours for 3 days in hemorrhagic stroke patients . Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test with level significant p = 0.05. Instrument using SOP for changing beds, checklist scale braden . Research result This shows average data risk decubitus ulcers before action bed rest of 9.52 ( very severe risk ) and the average data risk decubitus ulcers after action lying down at 15.58 ( risk light ). The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test were obtained mark p value 0.000 (< 0.05) indicates existence effectiveness lie down on incident decubitus ulcers in hemorrhagic stroke patients . Research result This show that effective bed transfer For prevent decubitus in hemorrhagic stroke patients .
