Abstract
Many educational institutions do not have good extracurricular management, unlike some other institutions. In today's era, effective extracurricular management is needed to improve students' non-academic achievements and develop their skills. One example of an institution that is successful in this regard is SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, including data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Data validity is guaranteed through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that extracurricular management at SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo involves careful planning by holding work meetings at the beginning of each new school year, implementing organized activities, and routine evaluations to improve program effectiveness. The implications of extracurricular management at SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo include many people who register their children at the school and the good public view of SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo which prioritizes student achievement. Good extracurricular management at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Ponorogo is proven by the many achievements of students both regionally and nationally
