INOVASI PENDIDIKAN AL-QUR’AN UNTUK ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN TAHFIZH DENGAN METODE RABBANI

Abstract

Khoirru Munna. This article discusses innovations in Qur'anic education for early childhood through tahfizh (Qur'an memorization) learning using the Rabbani method. Early childhood is considered a golden age for instilling religious values and memorization skills. The Rabbani method, as a new approach in tahfizh learning, integrates visual mapping, color-coded texts, and keywords to help children not only memorize Qur'anic verses but also understand their meaning and structure. This study employs a literature review approach to explore the theoretical foundations of Qur'anic education in early childhood, the philosophical and operational concepts of the Rabbani method, and its implementation at TK Al-Ikhlas Taliwang. The findings show that the Rabbani method is effective in enhancing children's memorization skills, shaping Qur'anic character, fostering spiritual closeness, and supporting emotional and social development. Its practical application at TK Al-Ikhlas Taliwang creates an integrated learning environment that includes play-based memorization, storytelling, and collaboration with parents. This method has proven to be adaptive, enjoyable, and impactful for early learners. Therefore, the Rabbani method can serve as a relevant and contextual educational innovation in nurturing a Qur'anic generation from an early age
