The author regrets that the printed version of the above article contained a number of paragraphs without proper citations. The correct and final version follows. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. The author used the terms Children with Medical Complexity (CMC) and Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) interchangeably in this article.
