Candace Mayers is a jewellry designer and a mother of a two year old with another on the way. She shares the experience with her first pregnancy. She shares the pre-natal care she received both privately and in the public health care system in Trinidad. She also shares her birth experience and how she coped with postpartum depression with the support of husband
