Humanized Nursing Care and Patient Satisfaction Undergoing Surgery in a National Hospital in Lima, 2025

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente sometido a intervención quirúrgica en un Hospital Nacional de Lima 2025. Metodológicamente, se utilizará el método hipotético – deductivo, el enfoque de la investigación será cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra la conformarán 288 pacientes del servicio de centro quirúrgico. Se emplearan dos instrumentos para la recolección de la información: Cuestionario del cuidado humanizado de enfermería y Cuestionario de satisfacción del paciente. Ambos cuestionarios han sido validados por juicio de expertos y aplicados su confiabilidad respectiva. El procesamiento de datos se realizará utilizando el software estadístico SPSS 27.00, donde se aplicará la estadística inferencial mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para determinar la relación entre las variables, considerando un nivel de significancia de p-valor < 0.05 como significativo.The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction in patients undergoing surgery in a National Hospital in Lima 2025. Methodologically, the hypothetical-deductive method will be used, the research approach will be quantitative, applied, non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational. The sample will be made up of 288 patients from the surgical center service. Two questionnaires will be used for data collection: Humanized Nursing Care Questionnaire and Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire. Both questionnaires have been validated by expert judgment and their respective reliability applied.
