In the post-pandemic, the transition back to in-person teaching presents a significant adjustment for both instructors and students. However, returning to in-person teaching does not guarantee active learning and engagement. This paper introduces an interactive classroom activity and the follow-up debriefing session, which allows students to delve deeper understanding of the law of marginal product of labor. The activity and the debriefing session not only encourage student-instructor interaction and the active cooperation among students, but also demonstrate the long-term retention of this concept
