Abstract

Movies displaying representative examples of experiments to test the effects of NaB or TSA supplementation on thrashing and motility in h:Sod1 and h:Sod1G85R expressing C. elegans. The movies show that the thrashing and motility defect generated by expression of h:Sod1G85R is improved by addition of NaB or TSA at the stated doses.
