DEL DESARROLLO NACIONAL AL LOCAL. HISTORIA DEL EMPRESARIADO HIDROELÉCTRICO DURANTE EL NEOLIBERALISMO: EL CASO DE LA CUENCA DEL RÍO PILMAIQUÉN (PROVINCIA DEL RANCO, CHILE), 1973-2015

Abstract

The development trajectory of hydroelectric entrepreneurship in the Pilmaiquén river basin during neoliberalism is studied. It is proposed that there was a boom by state regulation to the model of free electricity market. The research is carried out to theChilean business trajectory and to the Pilmaiquén area. It will be carried out through regulations, minutes of legislative sessions, ministerial reports, records of the Conservator of Real Estate of Osorno and Río Bueno, press and literature.Se estudia la trayectoria de desarrollo del empresariado hidroeléctrico en la cuenca del río Pilmaiquén durante el neoliberalismo. Se plantea que se produjo un auge por la regulación estatal al modelo de libre mercado eléctrico. La investigación se realiza a la trayectoria empresarial chilena y a la zona de Pilmaiquén. Se llevará a cabo mediante normativa, actas de sesiones legislativas, informes ministeriales, registros del Conservador de BienesRaíces de Osorno y Río Bueno, prensa y literatura
