La formación profesional y el módulo de FOL: un camino para la empleabilidad. Revisión sistemática [Vocational training and guidance module: a pathway to employability. A systematic review]

Abstract

Vocational Training (VET) is a training system characterised by being practical and close to thebusiness world. It prepares for a professional activity oriented to the demands of the labourmarket, trains for the performance of a profession and orients its training towardsemployment.The Prisma 2020 Statement for the publication of systematic reviews has been followed. Thesearch was carried out in July and August 2024 in the WoS and Scopus databases over the last10 years for articles related to intermediate and higher vocational training. The aim is to findout about previous work in this field as a state of the art in order to subsequently influence theimprovement of the situation.It is concluded that the development of transversal competences is very important forprofessional and vocational orientation, and for the acquisition of higher professionalqualifications.La Formación Profesional (FP) es un sistema formativo caracterizado por ser práctico y cercano al mundo empresarial. Prepara para una actividad profesional orientada a las demandas del mercado laboral, capacita para el desempeño de una profesión y orienta en su formación hacia el empleo. Se ha seguido la Declaración Prisma 2020 para la publicación de revisiones sistemáticas. La búsqueda fue en julio y agosto de 2024 en las bases de datos WoS y Scopus durante los últimos 10 años en artículos relacionados con la FP de ciclos formativos de grado medio y superior. El objetivo es conocer los trabajos previos sobre dicho campo como estado del arte para influir posteriormente en la mejora de la situación. Se concluye que el desarrollo de competencias transversales es muy importante para la orientación profesional y vocacional, y para la adquisición de mayor cualificación profesional.
