Philanthropy's role in Unlocking Social Innovation: a Strategic Partner for Governments

Abstract

This policy brief outlines how philanthropy can act as a strategic partner to governments in advancing social innovation. It calls for enabling regulations, tax incentives, and national strategies to unlock domestic giving and catalytic capital.
