Research Infrastructure and Human Resource Development in the Era of Open Science Implementation and Prospects in Japan

Abstract

大阪大学オープンサイエンスシンポジウム「オープンサイエンス時代の研究基盤と人材育成 : 日本における実装と展望」主催：大阪大学オープンサイエンス推進室, 共催：九州大学データ駆動イノベーション推進本部研究データ管理支援部門, 2025年5月16日, 大阪大学附属図書館総合図書館. 動画および資料研究データの管理とオープンサイエンスの推進には、技術的な基盤とそれを支える人材の双方が不可欠である。本シンポジウムでは、日本および欧州の大学における先進的な研究データ基盤の構築事例、ならびに人文学領域におけるデジタル技術活用の専門知見を共有し、今後の日本におけるシステム基盤のあり方と人材像を議論する。Promoting research data management and advancing open science requires both technical infrastructure and the human resources to support it. This symposium will present leading examples of research data infrastructure development at universities in Japan and Europe, along with expert insights into the use of digital technologies in the humanities. We will discuss the future of system infrastructure and the ideal development of human resources in Japan
