Technological processes design and programming for CNC machining

Abstract

Sve veći zahtjevi u proizvodnji, kao i napredak tehnologije, doveli su do intenzivne upotrebe računala u proizvodnim procesima. Cilj je povećati konkurentnost poduzeća i ostvariti veći profit. Kao primjer primjene suvremenih alatnih strojeva i računalnih alata u proizvodnji, u ovom radu prikazat će se projektiranje kompletnog tehnološkog procesa obrade vrlo složenog strojnog dijela. Navedeni strojni dio zahtijeva višestranu obradu u dva stezanja na suvremenoj CNC glodalici. Projektiranje je provedeno korištenjem CAM softvera – AlphaCam.The increasing demands in manufacturing, along with technological advancements, have led to the intensive use of computer systems in production processes. The primary goal is to enhance the competitiveness of companies and achieve greater profitability. As an example of the application of modern machine tools and computer-aided technologies in manufacturing, this paper presents the design of a complete technological process for machining a highly complex mechanical part. The specified component requires multi-sided machining in two setups on a modern CNC milling machine. The process planning was carried out using CAM software – AlphaCam
