Paramedics as Members of Fire Figthing Teams in Czechia

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Zdravotníci jako příslušníci Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky se zaměřuje na popis pozice hasič-zdravotník v řadách jednotek Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a její fungování na místě mimořádné události. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je čtenáři definován Integrovaný záchranný systém od jeho historie až po současný stav. Jsou zde také popsány jeho základní složky. Hasičskému záchrannému sboru České republiky je pak věnována další samostatná část bakalářské práce, kde je čtenáři předložen samotný sbor. Zde je také stručně popsána historie sboru na území dnešní České republiky až po jeho současný stav a strukturu. Struktura sboru je popsána od jeho vedení až po jednotlivé části, které pod něj spadají. Poslední část teoretické části práce je věnována samotné pozici hasič-zdravotník. Zde je vysvětleno, co příslušník musí splnit, aby se hasičem-zdravotníkem mohl stát, dále jeho úkoly v rámci organizačního a operačního řízení a v neposlední řadě vybavení které má hasič-zdravotník k dispozici. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou pak formou kazuistik popsány konkrétní mimořádné události, kde zasahovaly jednotky Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a kde působil právě hasič na pozici hasič-zdravotník. Fakticky se jedná o zásahy, u kterých působil hasič zdravotník, který má zdravotnické vzdělání konkrétně v oboru zdravotnický záchranář.This bachelor thesis entitled Paramedics as Members of Fire Figthing Teams in Czechia focuses on the description of the position of firefighter-paramedic in the ranks of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and its functioning at the scene of an emergency. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the Integrated Rescue System from its history to its current state. Its basic components are also described. Another separate part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, where the Service itself is presented to the reader. The history of the Service in the territory of the present-day Czech Republic up to its current state and structure is also briefly described here. The structure of the Fire Rescue Service is described from its leadership to the individual parts that fall under it. The last part of the theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the position of firefighter-paramedic itself. Here it is explained what the officer has to fulfil in order to become a firefighter-paramedic, as well as his/her tasks within the organisational and operational management and last but not least the equipment at the firefighter-paramedic's disposal. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, specific emergencies are described in the form of case studies, where the units of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic intervened and where the firefighter acted as a firefighter-paramedic.
