De criminales, degenerados y ñoquis. Dimensiones afectivas interpuestas en el acto de trabajar para el Estado

Abstract

From a socio-anthropological perspective based on the ethnographic method, this article exposes the way in which the discursive modulations of Javier Milei’s government collide with the objective and subjective dimensions of the act of working for the State in a group of street-level bureaucrats in a peripheral region of Argentina. The main guiding assumption of this contribution is that, beyond the dysfunctionalities and conditioning factors of the Argentine public administration system, pride and involvement emerge as affectivities constructed within the framework of the work for the citizen ship to which the function is addressed, and are  permanently reissued by its agents.Desde una perspectiva socioantropológica sustentada en el método etnográfico, este artículo expone la manera en que las modulaciones discursivas propias del gobierno de Javier Milei, colisionan con las dimensiones objetivas y subjetivas del acto de trabajar para el Estado, en un conjunto de burócratas de nivel callejero de una región periférica de Argentina. El principal supuesto orientador de esta contribución es que, más allá de las disfucionalidades y condicionamientos del sistema de administración pública argentino, el orgullo e involucramiento emergen como afectividades construidas en el marco del trabajo para con la ciudadanía destinataria de la función, reeditándose permanentemente por parte de sus agentes
