Abstract

Medical history data: A 45-year-old white male patient with a history of being a prisoner and a smoker for 20 years was evaluated by the pulmonology service with negative BAAR sputum. The image shows osteolysis in the L4 and L5 vertebrae due to bone involvement in extrapulmonary tuberculosis.Datos de la historia clínica: Paciente blanco, masculino, de 45 años de edad, con antecedentes de ser recluso y fumador desde hace 20 años, fue valorado por servicio de neumología con esputo BAAR negativo. La imagen muestra osteólisis en vertebras L4 y L5 por afectación ósea en una tuberculosis extrapulmonar
