Relationship between the Daily Health Status and Psychological Characteristics of Nursing Students -Perspectives for health support

Abstract

本研究では,看護学生における日頃の心身の健康状態把握と健康状態と心理特性との関連を調査することを目的とした。A大学看護学科学生1年~2年生127人を,2022年6月中旬に調査した。その結果,自覚症状の有りが78人,自覚症状の無しが47人,依存行動の有りが34人,依存行動の無しが86人だった。主観的健康度と主観的ストレス度は,ともに自己イメージに関わる2つの尺度で有意差が見られた。自己価値観尺度F(2,121)=5.547,p= .005,自己否定感尺度F(2,121)=10.916,p= .000。主観的支援認知尺度(家族内外)は分散分析では有意差が見られたが,多重比較で有意差が無かった。主観的支援認知度家庭内F(2,121)=3.101, p=0.049,主観的支援認知度家庭外F(2,121)=3.527,p=0.032。レジリエンス尺度は,分散分析も多重比較も有意差が無かった。F(2,121)=0.118,p=0.889。このようなことから,看護学生に対して,健康支援をしていく場合に,今後は「自己イメージ」を支援していくことが望まれる。This study aimed to determine the mental and physical health status of nursing students and investigate the relationship between health status and psychological characteristics.  In June 2022, 127 first- and second-year nursing students from University A were surveyed. The results showed that 78 participants had subjective symptoms, 47 had no subjective symptoms, 34 had dependent behaviors, and 86 had no dependent behaviors.  Both subjective health and stress levels were associated with self-image. The Self-Worth Scale F(2,121)=5.547, p=.005, Self-Denial Scale F (2,121)= 10.916, p=.000, Subjective Support Cognition Scale(inside and outside the family), and Resilience Scale were not associated with self-image.
