ANÁLISE DA DENGUE EM CRIANÇAS DE SANTA CATARINA

Abstract

Dengue is a viral desease transmited by mosquitoes with demographically distribution in expantion and increasing incidence. Mostly cases, approximately 95%, occurs in children younger than 15 years old. It causes na spectrum os deseases since mild yellow fever to severe vascular permeability syndrome and is also potencially fatal. Perform a study of data about the incidence of dengue between 0 and 14 years os age, in the state of Santa Catarina, during the years of 2014 to 2022. This is na epidemiological study, descriptive and retrospective made by the Sistem of Information of Alarm Notification, available on datasus, between 2014 and 2022. Between 2014 and 2022 there were 15.095 cases on the analyzed age range. The gap of age with major incidence was between 10 and 14 years old, with 7.483 cases (49,57%). The age range that was least afected was the one with less than a year with 555 cases (3,68%). The period of time with bigger incidence was the year os 2022 with 9.785 (64,82%). Through this study is possible to observe the high incidency of dengue in the pediatric age range. This way is necessary an bigger action on the ways of prevention of the analyzed desease, as the control of the associated mosquito, through the combat of its foci, and bigger investment in vaccination to protection, maily in the pediatric age range that is the most targeted. Sendo que a maioria dos casos, perto de 95%, acontecem em crianças menores de 15 anos. Ela causa um espectro de doenças que vão desde uma febre leve até uma síndrome de permeabilidade vascular grave e potencialmente fatal. Realizar um estudo de dados sobre a incidência de dengue, na faixa etária de 0 a 14 anos, no estado de Santa Catarina, durante os anos de 2014 a 2022. Esse é um estudo epidemiológico, descritivo e retrospectivo feito pelo Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN), disponível no DATASUS, entre 2014 a 2022. Entre 2014 a 2022 tiveram 15.095 casos na faixa etária analisada. O intervalo de idade com maior incidência foi o de 10 a 14 anos, com 7.483 casos (49,57%). A faixa etária menos acometida foi a de menores de 1 ano com 555 casos (3,68%). O período de maior incidência foi no ano de 2022 com 9.785 (64,82%).  Através deste estudo é possível observar a alta incidência da dengue na faixa etária pediátrica. Dessa forma, é necessária uma ação maior nas medidas de prevenção da doença analisada, como controle do mosquito relacionado, através de combate aos focos dele, e maior investimento em vacinas para proteção, principalmente da faixa etária pediátrica, que é a mais acometida.  Descritores: Dengue, Incidência, Pediatria.&nbsp
