Abstract

Bei der Verarbeitung metallischer Werkstoffe besteht im Anschluss an einen initialen Trennprozess, bei der weiteren Bauteilumformung, die Gefahr, dass die Bauteilkante vorzeitig durch die Ausbildung eines Kantenrisses versagt. Ziele dieser Forschungsarbeit sind eine Methodik zur Identifizierung der Kantenrissempfindlichkeit metallischer Werkstoffe zu konzipieren, Einflüsse auf die Empfindlichkeit herauszuarbeiten und die virtuelle Vorhersage eines Kantenversagens zu ermöglichen.During the processing of metallic materials, following an initial separation process, and during the forming of further components, there is the risk that the component edge will fail prematurely due to the formation of an edge crack. The aims of this research are to design a method for identifying the edge-crack sensitivity of metallic materials, to work out influences on the sensitivity and to enable the virtual prediction of edge failure
