Abstract

Die Antizipation der Pankreasfistel als postoperative Komplikation steht im Fokus aktueller Forschung. Diese Arbeit soll einen Beitrag zur klinischen Frühdetektion und zum Monitoring postoperativer Pankreasfisteln leisten. Neben der Identifikation von Risikofaktoren und der Ermittlung von laborchemischen Cut-Off-Werten für die Vorhersage von Pankreasfisteln soll die Pankreas-Stiffness mit Hilfe präoperativer CT-Bildgebung gemessen werden.The anticipation of pancreatic fistula as a postoperative complication is the main focus of recent research. This study contributes to an early clinical detection and to a postoperative monitoring of pancreatic fistula.
