The Resurrection of Jesus Christ : Preservation Lab Treatment Report

Abstract

This is a print from DAAP’s Teaching Collection, purchased at the request of faculty member, Christopher Platts. The collection is meant to be handled during classes and is housed in flat files at the DAAP. This is a 16th century print depicting the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The engraving is attributed to German engraver and goldsmith Monogrammist IC, who was active in Cologne at the end of the 15th century. The print and a handwritten description of the print are adhered at the corners only to a piece of handmade paper.View Item in DAAP Library Collection: https://www.jstor.org/stable/community.3502437
