Abstract

King Broaster: Es un restaurante familiar que nace en noviembre del 2017 en la ciudad de Neiva. El modelo de negocio ha sido siempre, buscar la mejor relación entre costo y beneficio, buscamos brindarle al cliente un producto de alta calidad a un precio justo. De esta manera hemos venido creciendo a lo largo del tiempo, entre los años 2018 y 2019 abrimos 3 sedes más en la ciudad de Neiva y en el 2020 abrimos 3 sedes en la ciudad de Ibagué. En el 2021 abrimos 2 sedes más en la ciudad de Neiva y actualmente contamos con 9 sedes. La aceptación que ha tenido el modelo de negocio y la marca han sido realmente buena, al punto que muchos clientes han solicitado franquicias, para llevar la marca a otras ciudades. Es por esto que entendemos que la estrategia de expansión más cómoda y en la que menos riesgo de capital se tiene, es en las franquicias. A través de este documento se analizará el modelo de negocio de franquicias y se revisara el estado actual de la empresa, con el propósito de conocer cuál es el camino del éxito y por donde sabemos iniciar a trabajar con el propósito de crear un proyecto exitoso.King Broasted: It is a family restaurant that was born in November 2017 in the city of Neiva. The acceptance of the business model and the brand have been really good, to the point that many clients have requested franchises to take the brand to other cities. This is why we understand that the most comfortable expansion strategy and in which there is less capital risk, is in franchises. Through this document, the franchise business model will be analyzed and the current state of the company will be reviewed, with the purpose of knowing what the path to success is and where we can start working with the purpose of creating a successful proyect
