Estereotipos y Patrones de Interpretación: Aprendizaje Intercultural en una Capacitación del Turismo

Abstract

This study investigates ways to modify the behavior of our professionals focused on improving their intercultural learning with German-speaking clients and, in turn, reduce the presence of barriers in intercultural communication. The work focuses on describing a platform for the creation of distance training; to become an effective means of teaching-learning focused on future tourism professionals. In this study, the foundations are laid to concretize a training that promotes the development of their intercultural learning and work with stereotypes in the context of the German language class for professional hotel and tourism purposes and towards the improvement of the perception and acceptance of other people's points of view and interests to work with stereotypes in this professional context. Cultural interpretation patterns are analyzed for their future application in distance training.El presente estudio indaga sobre vías para modificar los comportamientos de nuestros profesionales enfocados a mejorar su aprendizaje intercultural con clientes y hacer disminuir la presencia de barreras en la comunicación intercultural. El trabajo se centra en describir un andamiaje para la creación de una capacitación; a convertirse en un medio efectivo de enseñanza-aprendizaje enfocada a futuros profesionales del turismo. En este estudio se sientan las bases para desde el aprendizaje intercultural iniciar el trabajo con los estereotipos en el contexto de los fines profesionales del hotelería y el turismo y hacia el mejoramiento de la percepción y aceptación de puntos de vista e intereses ajenos para ese trabajo con los estereotipos en este contexto profesional.
